Sheri L. Hill, PhD is an Early Childhood Policy Specialist consulting on a variety of early childhood issues from an infant mental health perspective. She is a ZERO TO THREE Leaders for the 21st Century Graduate Fellow. Dr. Hill was formerly Faculty Lead on Policy for the University of Washington’s Center on Infant Mental Health and Development in the School of Nursing; and Assistant Director of Washington Kids Count in the Evans School of Public Affairs. Prior to moving into policy she worked for over a decade as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Dr. Hill holds a M.Ed. from the University of Virginia, a Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Developmental Psychology, and a Graduate Certificate in Infant Mental Health from the University of Washington, School of Nursing. |
